英文诗 The Inferior

It‘s the realest history that has not been recorded in any book

这是一段最真实的历史，却没有被任何书本记录

But through poetry, that universal rather than accident revealed

但是对于诗歌来说，揭露的是普遍真理而非特殊事件

The people, who by bulk of labour had their back droop

那些人，由于繁重的劳作无法直起腰来

Without any mercy, their abject life concealed

得不到任何仁慈，他们凄惨的生命被隐藏起来

Getting spent, by the very atom of their strength.

筋疲力尽，他们耗尽了浑身任何一丝精力

With nothing acquired, except bare skin and regular ration.

却并没有获得什么，除了**的皮肤和定量的饮食。

People have their decease all equally at length

当人们死了之后，都会平等的进入天国

But it‘s getting different in the vale of tears, or we called nations.

但是对于尘世，或者是国家来说一切都不同

Like a wave billowing forward that never cease.

正如汹涌澎湃的波浪一样永不止息

Where do they dwelled but can’t call home？

哪里是他们居住却无法称作“家乡”的地方？

Look, To the Glory that was Greece,

你看，那希腊帝国的荣光

And, To the Grandeur that was Rome.

还有，那罗马帝国的辉煌。
